Custom Order Request Form

Thank you for your interest in TK Sweets N Treats! Please take a few minutes to fill out our Custom Order Request Form. Only include information about the items you would like to purchase. For example: If you would like a cake, only answer the questions in regards to ordering a cake. You do not have to answer the questions about cupcakes, cakesicles, dessert shooters, or french macarons. You have successfully submitted your request once the form clears after pushing submit.

Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. If you have not heard back from us, please check your spam/junk folders via email. Please ensure to provide us with your correct contact information.

There is a $500 order minimum. We recommend orders be placed 4 weeks in advanced. We can not guarantee any last minute orders. If we can accommodate your request, orders placed less than 2 weeks will include a rush fee of 25%.
